Shipping time begins once the item is dropped off at the post office and will vary dependent on Deutsche Post.

We use Deutsche Post for national and international orders and all items will be wrapped and secured.

Studio Niani is not responsible for any extended shipping time or any lost or stolen items once the package has been dropped off at the post office. Please track your order using the tracking number provided and if you have a problem with your order, e-mail info@studioniani.com

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please be aware of these additional costs that you may need to pay once the item arrives. Studio Niani is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Everything in the shop is MADE TO ORDER(pre-order), and your jewelry will be handmade specially for you.

Processing time is 3-5 business days.

This is the time it takes to make and prepare an order to be shipped. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. Your order will often be processed quicker than 5-7 business days, but please allow for the full 7 business days before reaching out with questions or concerns.
